LolaMarable, LMT has been providing massage therapy services in Georgia, Florida, Texas, and currently Nevada since 2007. Her therapy has helped to reduce anxiety and depression due to stress caused by life-style imbalances and physical and mental injuries. She received her massage therapy certification in 2007 from Georgia Career Institute with a GPA of 4.0 and over 900 hours of training. In 2014 she also received her Associate of Science degree as Medical Assistant from Georgia Gwinnett College in order gain a better understanding of the human body. She is trained in various modalities such as Swedish Massage, Trigger-point therapy(loosens and reduce scar tissue), Hot-stone massage, Cupping Therapy and Prenatal Massage. She specializes in pregnancy massage which is beneficial mother and baby. Her prenatal clients have reported reduction of swelling in the feet and hands, decrease in low back and joint pain, better sleep and more relaxation. When she is not at work she enjoys indoor gardening reading and trail-walking with her family.
