Sealing your grout lines can also help to extend the lifetime of the grout preventing it from flaking and crumbling so easily, it does this by creating a moisture barrier that can help protect the grout mix. By sealing your grout lines you are helping to strengthen the grout lines and prevent them from damage through general wear and tear. The chances of efflorescence occurring can also be considerably reduced by sealing your grout lines, by reducing the amount of moisture that can enter the grout it helps to prevent this calcium build up.

Instructions We require that all areas for cleaning are prepared for our arrival, we require that you have the as much of the furniture moved as possible. The less furniture on the surface the more coverage our technician will have.
Important Information - Sealed surfaces usually need a minimum of 4 hours to be touch dry before being walked on. - Sealed surfaces should not get wet until the sealer has fully cured, this can take up to 24 hours after sealing, this should be taken into consideration when sealing outdoor areas. - You must wait for the sealer to fully cure before testing the sealer or carrying out any cleaning.
